FUEL PURCHASING OPTIONS

EZ Pay Plan

This program allows our customers to spread their fuel costs out over 10 to 12 months. This eliminates having approximately three big invoices for fuel during the winter months. This program helps our customers to plan their household budget for fuel more effectively.

Price Protection

Heating fuel prices are cyclical by nature, and have the potential to change on a daily basis. Many of our customers choose to stabilize this market dynamic with a program to protect fuel price, including the option to pre-buy their fuel before the heating season begins or with a CAP program.

Cap Your Price

If the price on the day of delivery is lower than on the day you ordered your fuel, you will receive the lower price. If the price is higher on the date of delivery than on the day you ordered, you will receive the cap price. This is a win-win.

Pre-Buy Program

The pre-buy program begins as early as April and runs through April. During this time, our customers on our Pre Buy program buy all of the fuel they expect to use for the heating season at an advanced fixed price.

Automatic Delivery

As with our other payment plan options, our automatic delivery customers get our fuel level monitoring service as part of the package. We monitor fuel use based on historic usage and the weather. This means never having to check the gauge. With auto delivery, we know when you need fuel and we’ll make sure you don’t run out.

Will-Call

If you prefer, we can make fuel deliveries upon your request. Simply notify our office as early as possible and we will schedule a delivery. Deliveries under this program are made subject to a delivery schedule of 24 to 48 hours.
